Thank you for choosing DigitalShelf.

DigitalShelf sells digital products only, including PDFs, ebooks, guides, templates, planners, and other downloadable digital resources. Therefore, we do not ship any physical products.

1. No Physical Shipping

All products purchased through DigitalShelf are delivered digitally.

No physical item will be shipped to your address.

There are no shipping charges, courier charges, or delivery fees for our digital products.

2. Digital Product Delivery

After your payment has been successfully completed, your purchased digital product may be delivered through:

Download link shown after checkout
Email containing download/access instructions
Your order confirmation
Another digital delivery method provided on the website

Delivery is generally instant or within a short period after successful payment, depending on the product and delivery system.

3. If You Do Not Receive Your Product

If you have successfully completed your payment but have not received your digital product, please check:

Your email inbox
Your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder
The email address used during checkout
Your payment/order confirmation

Please include your name, purchase email address, order ID or transaction ID, and the product purchased so that we can verify your order and assist you.

4. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and active email address during checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address and therefore did not receive your product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to assist after verifying the purchase.

5. Delivery Issues

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing a product you have purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide access to the purchased product.

6. Physical Products

DigitalShelf currently does not offer physical products. Therefore, physical shipping, courier tracking, delivery estimates, and shipping zones do not apply to our orders.

If we introduce physical products in the future, this policy may be updated accordingly.
